Standard residential sprinkler winterization is $95 for up to 8 zones. Pump-system winterization is $125. Additional hose lines are $10 each.

Water left inside an irrigation system can freeze and expand. That can damage pipes, fittings, valves, backflow assemblies, and other irrigation components. Proper winterization greatly reduces the risk of freeze-related damage.

Most residential winterizations take approximately 20–40 minutes. Larger systems, pump-fed systems, and properties with additional zones or hose lines may require more time.

Yes. The backflow assembly is part of our normal winterization process and is drained and prepared for freezing temperatures along with the irrigation system.

Not always. If our technician has access to the irrigation controller, backflow or connection point, and any necessary gates, we can often complete the winterization without you being home. Please provide any special access instructions when booking.

We continue winterization service into the fall as weather permits. Because appointment availability becomes more limited later in the season, we recommend booking as early as possible rather than waiting for freezing weather.

We use regulated compressed air appropriate for residential irrigation systems. The goal is to move water safely out of the system without applying unnecessary pressure to irrigation components.
